I watched the news tonight and I saw two major mortgage lenders being taking over by the U.S. Government. What year is this? Does anybody know? Is it 1928 and something bad is about to happen? No it is 2008 and something bad has already been happening. But your prospective on things may not be so doom and gloom depending on what cable news channel you watch.
